I have finally decided to take down my profile picture and replace it with this Mardi Gras mask. It has never been my intention to blog anonymously on this blog but the recent Google smackdown on paid posts had prompted me to take this route.
Firstly, nope, I’m not doing any sponsored posts on this blog. But then I had heard enough horror allegations about blogs discriminately got blacklisted by Google because the blogger had done sponsored posts on their other blogs. I do write sponsored posts on my other blogs so I will play safe and try to disassociate this blog as much as possible from my other blogs that do paid posts.
I don’t want to sound paranoid acting on all those conspiracy theories and hunches but then it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Origena - I’m glad to hear your PR is not affected.. but then I advise you to thread with caution. G will not hesitate to take away your PR if they find out you’re doing paid posts.
BUt then in the end, it’s your personal choice whether you want to earn $$ or please G. It is afterall your blog, therefore it’s your call.
